I currently work as a flash designer for the Walt Disney Company creating interactive media applications and also as a freelance creative consultant / designer.
My experience has given me a very well rounded understanding of internet technologies, process flow, media integration and cross platform compatibility.
On Disney projects, I often have to design and develop sites using dynamic data including multiple languages, geo targeted offers and strategize loading and combining multiple media files and types all to create a great user experience that delivers ‘the Disney difference.’ I also have experience integrating full motion video, dynamic data feeds, xml, flashVars, geo tracking and 3d with flash. Ultimately, the opportunity to collaborate with a talented team to create and deliver a great final product that exceeds expectations drives me on a daily basis. I also enjoy creative freelance work depending on the project and helping to recommend other creatives in the digital media field.

BIO
My story is little out of the ordinary. From a military family, I’ve lived in Puerto Rico, Hawaii, New Jersey, New Mexico, San Pedro, Florence and San Francisco. I’ve also had the opportunity to travel all over the world and continental US. I attended high school in San Francisco where I graduated in the top of my class while being recognized as the San Francisco Player of the Year after leading my soccer team to two championships and the first in 32 years. Vanderbilt University awarded me a D-1 athletic scholarship where I was recognized as an All-Conference player while earning a BA degree in Sociology. Florence, Italy captured my heart on two separate occasions as I lived there studying art and design. I’ve returned to California and continued my education with a second BA in Digital Design from Cal State Channel Islands and graduate studies at Art Center College of Design. I’ve always loved art and design since childhood.
I have an awesome black pug named Max who can jump through hoops and an identical twin.
